Commercial renovation
Planning and design of a refurbishment, extension and loft conversion project in aconservation area in North London, resultingin a great finished product. A smart use ofnatural materials enabled a balanced anddense usage of the different volumes.

This project was a challenging loft extension in London N8 and was meant to host a service accommodation activity. the extension took 6 months and resulted in a 95% occupancy rate throughout it’s first year.
BRR in London NW
Planning, design and conception of a refurbishment project in NW London, resulting in a greatly finished product. An smart use of natural materials enabled a balanced and dense usage of the different volumes.
Commercial renovation
This was a blank canvass from the start, including its volumes. We were able to create a night club where the modern approach blended with the traditional cellar-type environment (East London)
